Digital Products

All digital products are delivered electronically.

After your purchase is completed, you will receive immediate access to your digital download files through Shopify and/or email delivery.

If you experience any issues accessing your files, please contact us at packedfortheplot@gmail.com and we will be happy to assist you.

No physical product will be shipped for digital download purchases.

Physical Products

Pack for the Plot™ may offer physical products, including travel accessories, packing products, apparel, and other travel-related items.

Processing times vary depending on the product and supplier.

Estimated processing and shipping times will be displayed on the product page whenever available.

Shipping Times

Estimated shipping times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

Delivery times may vary due to:

• Customs processing
• Holidays
• High order volume
• Supplier processing times

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, customers will receive tracking details via email.

Please allow up to 72 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Pack for the Plot™ is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is outside of our control.

If your package is lost, delayed, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly and then reach out to us for assistance.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available on select products.

Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or fees imposed by their country.
